A website is often the first real interaction someone has with your business. Not the first impression — that happened on Instagram or through a referral — but the first moment they chose to look closer. What they find in that moment either confirms their interest or ends it. My web development work is built around making that moment count, technically and visually.

I work from design files with a level of precision that most developers skip. Spacing, typography, animation timing, hover states, scroll behaviour — every detail in the Figma file is intentional, and every detail is implemented. The gap between design and development is where quality quietly disappears. Closing that gap is one of the most valuable things I bring to a project.

Speed is not a feature — it is the baseline expectation. A site that scores below 90 on Core Web Vitals is losing organic traffic and user trust simultaneously. Every project I deliver is optimised for performance from the ground up — images compressed and lazy-loaded, fonts subsetted, JavaScript bundled efficiently, and caching configured correctly at the infrastructure level.

Accessibility is treated with the same seriousness. Semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, and screen reader compatibility are not optional additions — they are part of what it means to build something properly.
